“Tax Procedure Law General Communiqué (No: 567)” was published in Official Gazette No. 32673 of 25 September 2024.
As is known, users of the Digital Tax Office system may define their employees registered with the Social Security Institution as sub-users in order to use certain functions of the system.
Under this Communiqué, users of the system may now also define and authorise as sub-users, for certain functions of the system, professionals with whom they have a valid Electronic Declaration Intermediation and Liability Agreement or an agreement for the certification of personal or corporate income tax returns and their annexes, in addition to their employees registered with the Social Security Institution.
