Koca Denetim ve Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. is a sworn-in certified public accountancy firm providing services in tax advisory, full tax certification (tam tasdik), independent audit and foreign trade legislation. Our team combines field experience gained at the Tax Inspection Board of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance with hands-on private sector practice.
Our founder Aydın Koca graduated from the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Kocaeli University in 2007. Between February 2010 and August 2022 he served as Chief Tax Inspector within the Tax Inspection Board of the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Treasury and Finance. He continues his work today as a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant and Independent Auditor at Koca Denetim ve YMM A.Ş.
