Communiqué No. 1 amending the Reinforcing Steel Monitoring System Implementation General Communiqué was published in Official Gazette No. 32418 of 3 January 2024.
The “Communiqué Amending the Reinforcing Steel Monitoring System Implementation General Communiqué (No: 1)” was published in Official Gazette No. 32418 of 3 January 2024.
Under this Communiqué, the date of 31 January 2024 in the second paragraph of temporary Article 1 of the Reinforcing Steel Monitoring System Implementation General Communiqué, which aims to track reinforcing steel used in construction at every stage from production to use, has been changed to 30 April 2024.
Accordingly, those required to register under the Reinforcing Steel Monitoring System from 1 January 2024, other than producers and importers, will not be able to sell stocks of reinforcing steel without a label or marking after 30 April 2024.
